Pros

Freedom of schedule, no micromanagement, decent insurance

Kontras

No training, low pay, heavy competition, capped and low commissions, will let you go out of nowhere if not producing to their expectations even though you don't control or have ANY idea of the value of the returns your customers are sending. No growth.

Pros

Ownership really cares for employees. Under new management, things have been a lot better. The people are great and with competitive pay. Insurance is paid by the company. Employee appreciation days and breakfast once a week

Ability to control your own schedule

Bare minimum at best training. They do not hand you any existing book of business or leads. You must generate them yourself. They give you a territory, but they still allow inside sales reps to infringe on your territory. And if that potential customer has spoken with an inside rep, you cannot attempt to make the sale with that customer for almost one year. The team was run by one of the most unprofessional people I've encountered in this industry, including a meeting where we were told about the times he went to swingers clubs.
