No pros, you will get ghosted soon after the work is completed

They will make you work hard on projects and then they will give you nothing , I was at a stage of life where I was okay if they could just give me my certificate of completion for the work that I had done but no I kept calling/messeging them but for few days they kept saying that they will give it to me tomorrow,day after tomorrow and etc, and later they stopped replying at all. Growth is impossible for a companies if that company doesn't pay employees what they deserve.
