      People actually running programs are the only good part of this company.

      Kontras

      Keeping it short, they pay low wages to local people and do not let women speak freely. At the end of the day, they do not care about the impact they are having as much as how much money they are making. They know about their projects not working as advertised but yet, they continue to do the same thing.

As an impact and humanitarian organization, this is not the feedback we ever get from local partners, from the schools on the program, or from our Community Impact Team.       I built great friendships with people at Rustic Pathways. There are always people and teams you can get along with and have a good work/life balance. Fun to travel with your friends at work. Great fast paced culture. People care a lot about our students and our impact

      Everyone works together, made lifelong friends from this job. Really cool work perks, lots of awesome travel. Felt inspired every day. Had awesome leadership.

      Pay is low, but they made up for it with the most fun job ever, making real impact on students, and great colleagues and lots of travel to unique places.
