- Pay is not great. Many FT employees have second jobs to compensate if they live on their own. - Expected to work overtime FREQUENTLY with PTO compensation, or "exchange for product" - Extreme favoritism, only people who are willing to live their entire lives for this company are able to move up and be on the owners good sides. - EXTREMELY high turn over rate. One day someone works there, the next you hear they were "let go" with no notice, or they quit because they cant handle owners BS. - There is 0 trust from the owners. - Constant talk about potential closings/lay offs. - Owners getting into literal screaming matches with employees, very unprofessional. - I wont even get into what my department dealt with on a daily basis that made it extremely difficult or impossible to do our jobs, and then getting yelled at for not doing our jobs.
