Management and most coworkers are very wonderful. There are people who have worked here for 30 years and some near their retirement. These elders are sweet, kind, check in on you. Senior PM is straight forward and great at communication making it easy for you to learn and adjust. I do miss the seniors on the team.
The company is inclusive.

Clunky process. Office applications are v 2013.
No structure. No boundary at work.
If you are unlucky you get assigned under training/ supervision of a peer who covertly competed with you, micromanaged you, controlled the information coming to you making you depend on one person, gatekept your relationship with others, confused you with mixed messages and priority, made you feel less than yourself, spoke on your behalf. The structure or lack thereof making you isolated and lose your sanity.
