Thought Civil Service had a good system in place to check bullying and harrasment. Everything said about diversity and equality is superficial, the real bullying and harassment happens unchecked. The system is so bad that your grievances cannot be heard so dont even bother starting any, just walk away while your mental health is still intact. Its such a closed culture that encourages corporate discrimination, unfortunately.
