There are no pros that you can't find anywhere else.

New ownership and management have changed the kind of place RSE used to be. Lack of business shows that the new leadership does not know what they are doing. There is no positive office culture.

-No help from management -No training they throw you to the wolves -Top management is all men and you feel it -Very petty if you are older. Not comfortable -little staff for amount of work -Very behind the times in organization. Just recently went from manilla folders for work flow instead of filing on line. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. They win bids by cheating!
