- Amazing team, everyone is really kind and genuine and great to work with - The team is filled with passionate, driven individuals who genuinely care about their work and each other. - Incredible benefits; things that aren't even mentioned in the job ads that you wouldn't expect, Runna really cares about their employees and it shows by how well you're treated - Inclusive; I love training and consider myself a runner, but when I don't feel like running I can go for a walk or do a yoga session instead, I really appreciate how encouraging it is to move your body here - Compensation is great, and as mentioned the benefits on top of that are amazing, performance reviews are taken very seriously and doesn't just feel like a chore compared to other companies - Work culture is really good, super casual and friendly, I like that I can walk around in my gym/running outfit and not feel out of place, very little pressure to look/dress a certain way which is nice

- Fast-paced environment can be challenging, so priorities shift quickly and it may not suit everyone. But if you can handle that you will be very motivated here. - Processes are still evolving, which can create ambiguity if you prefer a very structured setup. I personally came from a very large global company with set processes so at first found some things strange, but I now appreciate that we are still in the early stages and I am given endless opportunities to use my experience/skills to impact future processes - Diversity (Specifically racial diversity) is quite lacking. However the company, senior leaders and majority of people in the team are well aware of this and are actively trying to find way to improve that, which I really appreciate, and as an individual from a BAME background I never feel out of place at all despite the lack of diversity because it's still a very welcoming environment regardless
