During my time with my team, I was able to learn a lot of tricks as well as use the educational benefits to help with my learning and such. The team I worked with was one of the most communicative, organized, and really transparent about the timelines and happenings. They were extremely understanding as well as thorough with their work.

The company cares about its employees and provides events (happy hours, DEIB, trainings, etc.) that help make connections with others in the company they may not know and build those relationships further.

RUN continues to operate with great hesitancy. Fiscally, this can be to their advantage, but the reality is that it means doing more with less. More project workloads for employees with salaries that are frankly too low. There were talks of salary pay bands, but that either doesn't exist or isn't shared openly. You hit your career ceiling fast here without much opportunity for growth.
