Management is some of the worst I have ever seen. Employees seem to be scared to have their own opinions. This is a very toxic culture where everyone keeps their heads down. Business practices are not in favor of the employees, or at the bare minimum because of law. Owner (who is an older white man) seems to favor young women in the office, which is highly inappropriate. He and higher management (who are also older white men) hardly address employees who are POC. Technology is a bit behind and slow. Ruhnau Clarke Architects have old ways of thinking and working that is outdated, inappropriate, and will soon be inferior.
