Management has been very flexible on letting me grow into this position, as it was a total 180 from what I was doing before. Very friendly atmosphere. Laid back, casual dress code. Family environment.

My commute from my home is about the only con I have at the moment. Sometimes management could make their assignments or work orders a little more clear, instead of assuming everything is always known, but over the time I have been here that has gotten better with communication.
