have to accomodate others timelines not everyone contributes equally ..Leaders do not recognise individuals contributions and do not listen or help with admin. working for hours not money so banking hours not money £s challenging personalitys to work with hostile people, toilets are dirty as are water dispensors . H +S is a non existant, Managers do not sort out colleagues wages /hours queries fobbed off when mistakes are made , no respect for workers a selfish place PL's lie , always want more for less,
