Middle management is horrible and makes the work structure too top heavy. Marcus (Maintenance Manager) never shows up, doesn't answer his phone, and keeps you from completing tasks by not giving you purchase orders to keep on track for strenuous goals. The middle management routinely steals the bonuses from employees and strives to keep dishonest and poor workers on hand. They cannot keep employees because they pay so poorly.
I was eventually placed in a position that Marcus had worked in with a three man team. One person was expected to work three times harder for these greedy jerks.
