- Super toxic company culture:
They make you work weekends and late at night all the time and don’t even pay you extra for it. Nobody is happy there, everyone is burned out and tired. Deadlines be like one or two days, so you gotta stay up all night just to finish stuff. There is basically no work life balance at all.
- Orders from the top only:
Everything comes from the top and you can’t say nothing about it. If you disagree or try to talk, they don’t wanna hear it. It’s all about money and they don’t care how it affects workers or their wellbeing.
- One mistake and you’re done:
If you speak up even once, they put a target on you. Next thing you know you’re on some PDP thing and they trying to fire you, or they just make your life so hard you quit before they do it.
There’s way more I could say, but honestly just don’t trust the fake smiles and nice talk. Just run.
