In addition to scheduled breaks, our adherence expectations allow for unexpected personal matters that may arise throughout the day. Employees have an additional twenty-eight minutes on a standard eight-hour shift that they can leverage as needed. Our leadership team values 360-degree feedback and provides numerous voice-of-the-employee channels, such as our Ask Me Anything forum and Office Hours, available with all department leaders.
