We also understand your comments regarding the challenges of supporting sensitive call types and navigating those conversations. Some of the callers we assist are navigating difficult personal situations, and those interactions can be emotionally demanding. While this work provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for people seeking help, it is not the right fit for everyone. We strive to provide the training, coaching and support to help our team members navigate these conversations professionally and confidently.
