Smaller team and customers created fun places to work. There are volunteer opportunities that allow you to get to know co-workers in other departments outside of a work environment. Benefits are good. PTO policy is nice. Hybrid work schedule gives flexibility in WLB.

Politics and friendships determine who gets promoted or is allowed to work different schedules (hybrid vs remote) than the corporate policy. It creates distrust in leadership. Managed transportation's questionable promotions led to favoritism and a tense work environment.
