      -Lots of opportunities to learn, grow and try new things. -One of the best things about working at Rover are the people. Some of the smartest and kindest people I've met work here and even when it's busy it's truly a joy to be around so many lovely people.

      -The fast pace and high expectations aren't for everyone.
