They encourage collaboration and are exceptional in taking feedback and keep improving. A startup with right attitude. The current process is robust and solid. Product team feels motivated and supported. Business model is also very promising and has a lot of potential for leading the industry. Definitely a plus if you want to be a part of something great. Leadership team at Routific really cares about your career/personal growth and strives to help you be happy in and out of the office. Nothing major I can think of. One thing is if you are used to annual reviews with compensation negotiation, there isn't so much at Routific yet. But, they are working on it.
