The entire corporate mentality is based on the actual reality of a consulting approach to doing business with our customers. RTT takes the time to listen to the customer, address their actual needs vs trying to up-sell a product or service. They understand the concept of assisting in a need now will lead to a trusted partnership with a customer vs a one time push to close a sell on an x, y, or z. The depth of experience and knowledge of the products is incredible and there is always a willingness to learn more and be better. I joined RoundTower with over 20 years of IT experience and this was the best move of my entire career. The culture, the pay, the benefits, the access to training, and the limitless opportunities.

As with any company experiencing phenomenal growth and success, there could be growing pains. I have not seen them yet, but if they come, they will be overcome with the same tenacious spirit that makes working here such an awesome experience.
