There has been a big shift recently and the culture is changing for the worse, returning to the GS days. Everybody (except some tech teams) now required in the office four days, causing a huge surge in formal flexible working requests. Rate of pay increases has slowed massively. Performance management is changing and is now very ‘over-your-shoulder’. Seem to be cost cutting to become more competitive in big deals. The small, flat company is long gone but nobody wants to admit that. Career progression is almost impossible for all but a select few.
