As mentioned in the title of your review, we certainly celebrate the fact that several outside entities have honored our company with prestigious recognition, but awards are merely the by-product of a wonderful group of people who are passionate about what they do. We endeavor to put our coworkers first and foremost. We never like to hear that a former coworker had issues with their manager. We know that a manager can make or break an experience for a coworker. The coworker engagement survey gives us valuable insight into which teams are struggling with coworker satisfaction and we strive to make real changes that will make life better for the people who work here.
