I worked with the sales team for over 5 years and believe I had autonomy to build and create process and a strategy to help the company succeed. I was backed on my people strategy and had a collaborative relationship with the founders. The leadership team care about what they’re trying to achieve and aren’t shying away from new challenges. There was always a good sense of optimism amongst leadership.
