If you don't want to challenge yourself. This is the place to work. If your a reparative type worker then this is a place to work.

No room for advancement. Employees turn on each other for personal gain. Training program at its lowest. Managers said good job security but recently layed off 2 shifts. For about a year. Slowly going back to all 3 shifts.
