      OTR was great. good miles great dispatch and great pay

      Kontras

      Local not so much. 1.50 less an hour than competeing companies in same area. no overtime until 50 hrs.

      They just got new ops manager

      They don't care about employees or drivers Pay roll dept will mess with you time off and pay without saying anything If your not family they don't seem to want you to be there No communication It's a no force dispatch so drivers can tell you want they want to do and what they don't
