The purpose of the app changes every quarter and it is very unclear as to what is being built through the app. 3. There is a general lack of understanding of what the audience wants and what is being provided to them. 4. Micro-managers are dime a dozen. 5. What are we really solving for and does anyone watch the content on the app? Real questions are unanswered. 6. Promotions are based on like-ability over skill set.
