Needs better management - Team Leader bei Roper Corp: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The leadership is the cons to this job or place of employment. There is only one Area/Business leader on third shift that has true soft and hard skills. I would say the Business leader has the hard skills and knows what she is doing but her sift skills suck and she is in it for herself only
