Reaktion von Rooter
1yWe understand that transitions can bring concerns, and our policies — including notice periods and salary holds — are designed not to penalize, but to ensure fairness, continuity, and accountability in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.
We genuinely welcome feedback and encourage open conversations. However, in a professional setting, we believe it’s most constructive to share such concerns in person or through internal channels. Posting grievances publicly, especially when it names individuals, is neither healthy nor helpful — and doesn’t allow us the chance to address the issue meaningfully.
At Rooter, we take pride in fostering a supportive and flexible work environment — from our hybrid work model and special flexi shifts to our consistent efforts in offering competitive appraisals and growth opportunities, even amidst industry-wide challenges.
Let’s continue to engage in a way that reflects mutual respect and helps us all grow together.
