Jasper Contractors has a group of young women running the administrative office that have no idea of what they are doing. While employed here I've seen more office personnel and salespersons fired than I could count. It seems to be the culture there to promise growth opportunity with 100% paid benefits but you don't make the cut to cash those promises in. The person I worked for was completely unprofessional, very disorganized with a chaotic work ethic and every sentence contained profanity. HR really needs to look into the inappropriate behavior displayed in this office. They will also tell you the reviews on Glassdoor are not true. Believe me, the negative reviews are true! If you have a family and truly need a job with benefits, don't work here. They will use you until they no longer need you which will definitely be before the 90 day probation.
