Other staff members: Helpful and their when you need them. Residents: They were actually very easy to care for. Easy to get raise: They have a ladder system that allows you earn .25$ more.

Management: Didn't really care about residents. They only cared about money. Other staff members: Some were just plain terrible. Pay: It was relatively low for the area.
