Not a lot of opportunities for certain demographics to move past full time or assistant manager after 2-3 years in that position. Employees are overworked and undercompesnated minus the celebrate points which are nice but aren't practical in a failing economy. High turn over in districts with terrible management. Favoritism is very prominent. Appropriate raises dont happen as often as they should.
