Worst job I have ever held - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Rolly Pollies: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked at Rolly Pollies for 2 years. At the beginning I was excited to start, I was told that I would receive a raise after the training period, and it seemed like a fun place to work. I was incredibly wrong. My wages only increased due to a change in minimum wage by the state which was accompanied by an email from the owner detailing the exceptions that they were covered by not to pay minimum wage. We were watched by cameras constantly and if accused of anything, it was always immediately assumed that we were in the wrong. Customers were told that tips weren't necessary despite us working intensive low wage jobs. The building had holes in the walls that were covered in posters so customers couldn't see. We were at times working hours that were illegal- minors working 8 hours straight with no breaks but the breaks were taken out of our paychecks.
