Medical benefits is awesome & Flexi hours

Kontras

HR Manager didn't help at all when you raise your problem. Basically HR Manager is not capable of being HR. No work life balance. No learning process. This is not 1st tier consultant company but acted like 1st tier.

It is very important to our HR team (whether your local HR team or our global team in Munich) that you can approach us at any time and raise your concerns. We will then endeavor to work with you to find solutions to your problems. We know that the work-life balance in consulting can be a challenge at times. That's why, in addition to the flexible working arrangements mentioned above, we have launched various initiatives to improve work-life balance, including targeted coaching, sabbaticals, replacement days off, our project commitments and bottom-up assessments. Please rest assured that we will continue to work on this with high priority.

Good culture Great mix of work (lots of strategy / interesting projects) Good opportunity

Kontras

Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
