the actual job is great

NO OVERTIME PAY no perdiem the new/updated bonus plan and the criteria created in it is super flawed. alot of favoritism, seniority is not factored in at all during slow times. training is almost non existent, support can delay you from getting your acres in for the day which messes with your bonus. operators leaving broken equipment for the next person and no one seems to be held accountable.
