      No one directly over your shoulder telling you what to do.

      Kontras

      Lied about how the bonus was going to be taken into consideration. Was told days that the machine goes down would not count against me then mid season they changed their minds.

      I thought they were like a family that all looked out for one another..... from want I just experienced I was incorrect

      Horrible communication when I asked for an honest answer on how I was doing on my 3rd day the person said I was doing great and to keep up the hard work...I was fired the next day because I didn't sample enough after my 4th day with the company
