Relatively young team that is excited to learn. In that sense they are willing to be overworked, turn blind eyes to toxic work environments, and keep going because for many it's their first big opportunity.

I wrote a long review that was rejected by Glassdoor because it is a small company and you could easily identify who I am and who I was talking about. Suffice it to say this: They will ask you to work your butt off, promise rewards, and give you dinner for keeping you until 10 p.m. You will be unhappy working here because of excessive screaming across the room. If you are joining the product vertical, you will find yourself in a limbo between senior management promising too much and others cutting staff so you will be left with less capacity and more workload. If you're joining from a software engineer / design perspective, then you'll at least have great leaders who have your interests in mind. As I look back on my time there, it was the most toxic environment I've ever been in. You will experience that within the first 3 weeks, as long as certain people are in the office.
