Compensation is too low - Fashion Stylist bei Rodd & Gunn: Mitarbeiterbewertung

As a team we all feel that the pay is not in line with the reality of the cost of living in New Zealand now. It's also quite insulting when the company tries (?) to express ‘gratitude’ by sending cheap gifts to the store. We see how much money we make for this company and we deserve more respect and consideration from upper management if you expect our loyalty. Instead of cheap gifts, we would appreciate pay that is in line with inflation, whereas in reality an experienced stylist can be paid little more than a casual (despite also being expected to train the latter).
