Disregard for Part-Time Agreements – Despite initial agreements, full-timers and PMs expect part-timers to be available outside their agreed work hours (e.g., requesting work in the morning and afternoon when nights were agreed upon). 5. Poor Communication – Employees are not informed about contract endings and only realize it when access to company resources (e.g., email) is revoked.
