Hi there, Thank you for your thoughts! We're so happy to hear you're enjoying your time working at Rocket Lab, and that you find your colleagues and managers friendly and like working alongside them. We appreciate the feedback regarding salary – we would definitely say our people are superstars! We do have a number of people who come over from overseas where wage and conditions are different, however we have had our remuneration bench-marked and we are on par with our local markets. We also currently have an overtime clause for salaried workers if they have worked at the weekend, and we encourage that if weekday overtime is a regular occurrence, you discuss your workload with your manager or P&C so that we can look at the distribution of work. In relation to processes, we have put a lot of time into this over the past 6 months and we hope you can see a real benefit in relation to more structure and formalisation.
