      Company is building mobile first social networking application so might excite some people. Life is relatively less relaxed and less challenging from skill point of view.

      Kontras

      Life is relatively less relaxed and less challenging from skill point of view, so there is a risk of rusting. Still working on old technologies and processes. Doesn't offer much of the learning.

      Pros

      If you are smart then you can grab a task and do it in your leisure style and hardly it will matter to anyone because most other people are pretty lousy in doing their job and they will be the weakest link in the chain, so you can feel ease at job and can balance your personal life well.

      Kontras

      Again if you are smart then slowly you will start loosing your smartness and skills as you will be surrounded by so many dumb people.
