I have had a good experience working for RPS for 11 years. I have a supportive administrator, flexibility, and the opportunity to be creative.

Once you get to a certain point on the union pay scale, you can barely earn cost of living increases. There are very limited opportunities to move up.

It is easy work and coworkers make or break the job.

Does not pay well but it a good first job
