The people at RCS are very nice and supportive. The work environment is positive, and the hours are reasonable, allowing for good work-life balance. It’s a solid place to grow your skills and feel comfortable in your role.

Nothing major, though like any company, there may be areas that could benefit from continued improvement or modernization.
