Unethical management, manipulative, and constantly bullies employees. Completely unrealistic expectations are imposed without any technical input. There is a culture of guilt — employees are made to feel personally responsible if sales targets aren’t met, even when it's outside their control. The only way to meet expectations is by working overtime without pay, since technically “no one is forcing you.” But you're guilt-tripped into it. Employee feedback is routinely ignored.
