      At the time I was employeed, health care benefits for employees was the best reason to tolerate the atmosphere.

      Peer review process. Good part time job for experts in the twilight of their careers.

      It’s all about billable hours. You will work 60+ hours to bill 20 hours per week. You take home less than 16% of billable hours. High turnover speaks volumes. Inconsistent approaches to helping new experts build their business. Benefits are expensive and 401K is not competitive.
