Recruiter - Recruiter bei Robin: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I went through a 4 stage recruitment process for a recruiter role only to be given 1 word feedback at the end by the recruitment team leader. I was told that I am overqualified for a recruiter role and that was it, no further explanation, detailed feedback. This is a disgrace, lack of respect to me as a candidate who went through all the hoops and wasted so much time on filling out forms, giving examples of my work/experience and recording a video. When you provide feedback to a recruiter make sure that it is professional and done according to best practices. Otherwise you look unprofessional and this is how I see this company now!
