As a company, they have: - strong leadership - leaders in the market in terms of Mobile Data usage - strong analytics function - decent level of care for their employees

- The Graduate Trainee program did not provide JDs to the candidates; the JD I got after 3-4 months of joining my team varied significantly from my actual job role - The Graduate Trainee program lacked a proper vision as to why the company wanted to develop talent into leaders. Some of the roles offered to the Graduate Trainees did not add significant value to the company and hence, did not reflect the company's intentions to develop the talents into leaders - Learning opportunities for me and a couple of my fellow Graduate Trainees were abysmal - A talent's skills were not properly evaluated before analyzing what roles they would fit the best - Bureaucracy and politics prevented me from shifting to a role better suited to my skills or a role that would allow me to add more value to the company - Even though they were clearly aware of and understood the glaring problems, the HR team tasked with the recruitment and management of the career track for Graduate Trainees lacked the negotiation and leadership skills to prioritize a Graduate Trainee's needs; hence, they were unable to figure out a solution
