Pros

Worklife balance 4x10s Great entry to aerospace If negotiated we'll pay is great as well

Kontras

- Any advice or Changes you may see fit it falls on deaf ears - Growth the willingness to want to grow is recieved great but if they don't like you , you thrown aside and never looked at it's like they want to single you out - very Cliquey and lots of back talking if your not buddy buddy with someone beware they put a cute front on and go and talk bad about you. - High turnover rate they lose all their vets because vets are looking for growth or were given promises that never happened. But they barely have anyone with knowledge or experience in field because eithery they let them go for childish reason or the person decides to leave. - unrealistic goals and target times with so many newer guys/girls in the team stop trying to push quickness when they keep failing they are new and it's the growing pains when they continue to hire newer people without any veterans pro tenured workers with knowledge. -

Pros

It’s cool to see your product out in the wild in use and know you more than likely had a hand in producing it. The CEO takes the time to be more personable than any other company I’ve been at, he walks around to production floors and will have a conversation with us every now and then.

Kontras

Our manager is good at delegating and one way communication. He doesn’t seem to take any action towards requests or advice from floor leads and never takes responsibility (unless a positive outcome) for shop floor production. You can end up with those type of workers at any level and company, so it sucks when you end up at a company you enjoy overall but the singular direct leader dynamic pushes you away (we’ve had multiple really good employees leave). Pay could be better or a little more transparent, but it’s no secret that Robertson is the foot in the door/stepping stone to the big aerospace and manufacturing companies around here.
