Pros
The people were mostly nice and overall had a fun office culture. The small company dynamic allows for exposure to a lot of areas.
Kontras
A lot. Favoritism, nepotism, prejudice. Inconsistent leadership, poor managers in some depts. Terrible benefits: sky high insurance rates (which they worked on lowering to their credit), no 401k, little vacation first 2 yrs. Summer fridays and public holidays would randomly be given or taken away any given year. People would fight for benefits & holidays. I could go on... the culturally appropriative product was troubling esp. hearing how people spoke of it internally. Business is unstable, lots of ups and down, constant changes in strategy, negatively impacting workload.
