Pros

Very interesting work. You’re helping people who are making a tangible difference in the world for people who need it most. Smart, enthusiastic colleagues. Work/life balance is a priority there, and that’s so important. I didn’t expect KK to be so accessible, which was interesting; she’s a force! And I mean that in the best possible way.

Kontras

A lot of staff turnover. Goalposts get moved pretty often. You and your work can be all good one day, then the next day — no warning— you’re persona non grata. It’s hard to explain.
