Culture blending can be tricky, but the way Cater2.me and Roaming Hunger came together has been seamless. I’ve felt appreciated, seen, and supported since the very beginning. I’ve gone through other acquisitions before, and this one has been the smoothest by far. That doesn’t mean everything is perfect. It means that communication continues to improve daily and people consistently do what they say they will do. That kind of follow through builds real trust. I’ve been invited to speak on panels, join brainstorming sessions, and sit in one on ones with team members across the org. Support has come from every direction. This is a culture of transparency, ownership, and inclusion.

No major cons so far. Like any company post acquisition, there are still things evolving, but the direction and leadership are solid.
